Returns

Due to the nature of our products and manufacturing process, all sales are generally final. 
 The following products are non-returnable: 

 ● Custom-made products
 ● Made-to-order products 
 ● Cut-to-size materials 
 ● Customized colors, textures, finishes, embossing, or specifications 
 ● Products manufactured according to customer requirements

Returns will only be considered if:

 ● The Company determines that the product supplied is materially different from the
confirmed order due to an error on our part.
 ● The claim is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
 ● The product remains unused, unaltered, and in its original condition.
Return requests are subject to inspection and written  approval by SHREYASS Vegan Leather. 

Exchange Policy: 

As our products are manufactured according to customer specifications and undergo strict quality inspection prior to dispatch, we do not offer exchanges once an order has been shipped. Before dispatch, every shipment is: 
 ● Thoroughly quality inspected 
 ● Photographed and video recorded 
 ● Verified against the customer’s order specifications These photographs and videos are securely retained for 7 days after dispatch to assist in resolving any genuine concerns regarding the dispatched material. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. 
We will review the photographs, videos, and order details as part of our investigation and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable. After the 7-day verification period, the quality assurance photographs and videos are permanently deleted in accordance with our internal data retention practices..

Important Notice:

Minor variations in col0r, texture, grain pattern, finish, or appearance may occur due to the use
of natural plant-based materials and normal manufacturing tolerances. Such variations are
inherent characteristics of sustainable biomaterials and shall not be considered defects..

Damaged Shipment:

If your shipment arrives visibly damaged: 
 ● Do not use or alter the material. 
 ● Notify us within 48 hours of delivery. 
 ● Share clear photographs and videos of: 
 ○ the outer packaging,
